To send an item back to us You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend
purchasing tracking and insurance, as keez clothing cannot be responsible for
lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We
will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your
refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the
original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
